This is a translation. If the two differ, the Spanish version prevails.
Who we are and how to reach us
Reagenda is a service of ReagendaCita. For anything about these terms, a complaint or your data, write to us at contacto@reagendacita.com.
You can also write to us on WhatsApp at +52 660 212 3068, before or after you sign up. That number is for WhatsApp messages only: it does not take calls. Anything about your personal data, ask for in writing by e-mail, as the privacy notice explains.
What Reagenda does
Reagenda watches the appointment portal of the United States consulates in Mexico and, when a date appears that is earlier than yours and passes the filters you chose, moves your appointment, already booked, to that date. That is the only thing it does.
It does not fill in forms, prepare you for the interview, pay consular fees or advise you on your visa.
Do you promise me the visa?
Reagenda does not promise that you will get the visa.
The interview and the decision belong to the consulate alone. An earlier appointment changes when the consulate decides, not what it decides.
Do you promise me an earlier date?
Nor do we promise that your appointment will be moved earlier.
We watch the portal and try all the time, but whether an earlier date appears depends on what the portal releases.
We are not the government
Reagenda is not affiliated with the United States government, its embassy or its consulates.
We have no access to the portal that is faster than, or different from, anyone else’s. We do what you could do by watching the portal yourself, only without stopping.
There are official ways
The embassy and the consulates have their own ways to look for an earlier appointment: you can reschedule yourself in the portal when a date appears, and they sometimes offer programs to speed up certain cases, at their own cost. Using Reagenda is one more option, not a replacement for those ways.
We act on your behalf
When you connect a portal account, you authorize us to use it on your behalf for the one thing Reagenda does: sign in, see the available dates and reschedule your appointment. Nothing you could not do yourself.
You give that authorization for each account, and we keep when you gave it. You withdraw it whenever you want by deleting the account from your panel.
Every move counts
The portal limits how many times you can reschedule an appointment, and the portal sets that number. Each time we move your appointment, you use one of those reschedules. Your filters (the locations, the dates and the days of advance that work for you) are how you decide which moves are worth it.
What is up to you
- The portal account is yours, or you have permission to act for every person on its application.
- What you tell us is true.
- Outside Reagenda, you look after your portal password and do not share it.
Plans and prices
There are two ways to pay:
- The monthly subscription: a fixed amount each month, with the watching included.
- Paying per day gained: a starting payment for watching your appointment, once, and then an amount for each day we move your appointment earlier.
The current amounts are on the home page and in your panel, in Mexican pesos and with VAT (IVA) included. We always charge you the rate you accepted when you chose your plan: if prices change later, they do not change for you.
For now Reagenda does not issue invoices (CFDI).
Refunds
- The monthly subscription is not refunded, in full or in part, once its month has started. The month starts when the payment service charges it.
- The starting payment of the per-day plan is not refunded once paid: it pays for watching your appointment, which starts at that moment.
- The amount for the days gained is charged only after your appointment has really moved, so there is nothing to refund for a move that did not happen.
The service starts right away, as soon as you pay. That is why the right to cancel a distance purchase within the following five days (article 56 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law) does not apply.
If Reagenda does not give you what you paid for because of a failure of ours, you keep the rights the law gives you (articles 92 bis and 92 ter of the Federal Consumer Protection Law). Nothing in these terms limits them.
The subscription renews by itself
The monthly subscription renews every month until you cancel it. The payment service charges it to the card you authorized there. We show you the amount and how often it is charged before you choose the plan, and choosing it is your decision.
At least five days before each renewal, we tell you by e-mail the amount, the date and how to cancel.
How to cancel
You cancel the subscription from your panel, at once, without writing to anyone. The month you already paid for runs until it ends.
Payments
Payments are processed by MercadoPago. Reagenda never sees or keeps your card details. If a charge does not look right to you, write to us at contacto@reagendacita.com.
What we answer for
We answer for doing what we say, with the care we describe here and on the home page.
We do not answer for the decisions of the portal or the consulate, for the portal being unavailable, or for someone else taking a date before we do. None of this limits the responsibility the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
Each change is a new version, with its date. If a change touches what we sell, what it costs or what we answer for, we tell you before it applies and ask you to accept it again. Other changes apply when they are published.
If you do not accept a new version, you keep what you already paid for until it ends, and you can cancel.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
If you have a complaint, write to us at contacto@reagendacita.com or on WhatsApp at +52 660 212 3068. We answer within 7 business days at most, at no cost.
