Privacy notice
Version of October 2, 2026, in effect since that date.
This is a translation. If the two differ, the Spanish version prevails.
Who is responsible for your data
ReagendaCita is responsible for your personal data. For anything about it, write to contacto@reagendacita.com.
You can also find us on WhatsApp at +52 660 212 3068 (messages only, no calls), but requests about your data are made in writing by e-mail, because the law asks them to carry details a chat does not.
What data we keep
- From your Reagenda account: your e-mail and your password. We keep the password in a way nobody can read it, not even us.
- Your WhatsApp number, if you give it to us.
- From each appointment portal account you connect: its e-mail and its password (encrypted), the session the portal gives it (encrypted), the names of the people on the application as the portal shows them, your appointments and their history, and what you choose (locations, dates and filters).
- Where you come in from: the IP address and the country you created your account from and last signed in from, as our server sees them.
- The code of whoever recommended us, if you wrote it when you created your account.
- Your charges and whether you have paid them.
- If you subscribe to Dates on Telegram: the subscription and its period, as Stripe tells us, and the Telegram id of whoever joins the channel with your link, so we can take them out of the channel when your subscription ends.
- If you are a partner: your code, your percentage, the commissions you earn (from which payment, of which client and for how much), your transfers, and the id of your Stripe account with what Stripe tells us about it: whether it can send you payments yet. You give your identity and bank details to Stripe yourself; we neither see nor keep them.
- The messages we send you.
- The cookie that keeps your session open in your panel (see Cookies).
None of this data is sensitive personal data under the law. If that changed, we would change this notice first.
What we use your data for
Only to provide the service you signed up for: watching the portal, moving your appointment, charging you and telling you what happens with your appointment and your payments and, if you subscribe, letting you into your country’s Telegram channel while your subscription is paid.
Also, the address and country you come in from, to look after the accounts: to recognise sign-ins and uses of the service that are not their owner’s. If you came with a partner’s code, to pay them their commission on your fixed payments. And if you are a partner, to work out and transfer what you earn.
We do not use it for anything else: we do not advertise with it, we do not build profiles of you and we do not sell it.
Who else receives your data
- Payments are processed by Stripe, in any country; it receives what the charge needs: the amount. It also processes the Dates on Telegram subscription. Stripe keeps your card; we do not. This transfer is necessary to fulfil what you signed up for.
- Telegram receives what we post in the channel, which names nobody. Whoever joins the channel does so with their own Telegram account.
- If you came with a partner’s code, that partner sees how many people came with their code, how many connected a portal account and how many made a fixed payment, and how much they earn. They never see your name, your e-mail or anything else of yours.
- If you are a partner, Stripe receives your e-mail to open your account and the amount of each transfer we make to you. This transfer is necessary to pay you.
Your rights over your data
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or object to our using it (the ARCO rights), withdraw your consent, or limit its use.
Write to us at contacto@reagendacita.com from the e-mail of your Reagenda account, with your name, what you are asking for and, if you ask to correct something, which data and how it should read.
We answer within 20 business days at most, and if what you asked for applies, we do it within the following 15 business days. It costs nothing.
Cookies
The home page uses two cookies, each only in one case: lang, if you choose a language, which remembers the language you chose; and partner, if you arrive through a partner’s link, which keeps their code to fill it in when you create your account.
Your panel uses the cookie that keeps your session open and, if you chose a language, lang; when you create your account it reads partner, if there is one. Without the session cookie you could not sign in, so it is not something you can accept or refuse. And your browser keeps a note so the cookie notice is not shown to you again.
| Name | Where | What for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
reagenda_session | your panel (each panel its own) | keeping your session open | 12 hours at most, or until you sign out |
lang | the home page and your panel | remembering the language you chose | one year |
partner | the home page and your panel | filling in the code of whoever recommended us when you create your account | one year |
reagenda.cookies (in your browser’s storage) | your panel | remembering that you already saw the cookie notice | until you clear your browser’s data |
None of them tells anyone else who you are. You can turn off cookies in your browser, but without the session cookie you cannot sign in to your panel.
How we look after your data
Your portal password is kept encrypted and used only to act in your portal account.
If you lend your portal account in a country we do not serve yet, a person on our team signs in to it to learn its consulates; you can withdraw it whenever you want, and we delete it.
Changes to this notice
Each change is a new version, with its date, published on this page. If a change touches what data we keep, what we use it for or who receives it, we tell you before it applies and ask you to accept it again.
